  • Can I supply my own fabric?

    Yes. Although all my chairs are shown in fabrics from Warwick, I can either order in a fabric of your choosing, or I can use supplied fabric.

  • How much fabric does each chair need?

    Each chair requires a different amount of fabric. Fabric requirements are listed on the individual pages for each chair.

  • Are all chairs made to order?

    All chairs are made to order at my factory in Heathcote, Sydney.

  • What is the lead time for an order?

    Generally, lead times are around 4-6 weeks, depending on my current workload and fabric and material availability.

  • What aspects of your chairs are customisable?

    Fabrics and legs can be customised as needed. If any other customisations are desired, please get in touch.

  • Do you do other custom designs?

    I have brought many ideas to life throughout my career and always enjoy a challenge. If you have an idea for a custom piece, please get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate.

  • Can I come and try a chair before ordering?

    Yes. I have samples of all chairs shown on this website that are available to try at my factory showroom in Heathcote, Sydney. Please get in touch to organise a time.

  • What is the warranty on your chairs?

    We offer a four-year warranty on the construction of each chair.

    We use high-resilience, commercial-grade foam in all our chairs, with a 10-year warranty.

    Fabric warranties are generally offered by the specific fabric supplier. Please check your fabric supplier’s website for more information.
